1. Proper Food

2. Proper Exercise

a) One of the best & easy exercise is to keep your eyes little warm. You can rub both of your hands with each other to produce a little hear, and then cover your eyes with your hands. It will give the required warmth to your eyes making them relaxed.
b) Take a nap. Yes having a very small nap can be highly effective. Close your eyes, and get into a state of complete rest for around 3 – 5 minutes. This exercise will lower the pressure on the eyes, thus giving them time to repair themselves.
3. Proper Rest
Rest is one of the key factors when we talk about eyesight improvement. If you are looking to improve your eyesight, then you have to take complete care about keeping your eyes relaxed.
You mainly need to take care about two main things:
a) Get proper sleep i.e. 8 hours of complete rest. Do make sure that you give your eyes are a complete rest of 8 hours during night. Avoid working long hours.
b) Split your hour of work in two parts. Give a 5 min break to your eyes after every 30 min of work. It will keep the pressure on your eyes to a minimal level.
4. Proper Protection
Yes, eyes need a lot of protection. Try each & every step to avoid the external factors that provide harm to your eyes like dust. When ever you go out of your house make sure:
a) You wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from UV light.
b) You should wash your eyes with fresh water before going to open places. And when you come back, the first thing you need to do is to wash your eyes again with fresh water.
These two steps will keep your eyes free from all the external factors that decreases the eyesight.
